HOME Pradeep Shina - Assistant Solicitor
Pradeep qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and has worked exclusively in Family and Matrimonial Law since 1996. She has handled a wide range of complex cases including those involving an international element, financial issues and matters relating to children.
Pradeep undertakes a full range of cases including:
- Divorce, Nullity, Separation
- Financial Cases
- Children Act Cases
- Schedule (1) disputes
- Injunctions
- Disputes between unmarried partners
- Cases involving an International element and the Hague Convention.
Pradeep is on the Family Law Panel and is a member of Resolution formerly known as the SFLA. She has delivered presentations on issues relating to children and domestic violence and she can speak Punjabi.
In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis and has recently run 10k to raise money for cancer research.
