HOMERebecca Williams - Assistant Solicitor
Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in 2009. She completed her training at a private law firm in London where she handled both publically and privately funded cases in family and mental health law.
Following qualification Rebecca worked as a Family Law Solicitor. She represented clients on a full range of matters including divorce, ancillary relief, child law cases (both public and private) and matters of domestic violence.
Rebecca currently works in the Community Care Department at Creighton and Partners where she advises on a wide variety of issues including mental health law, issues of mental capacity, issues relating to vulnerable adults, children who are leaving care and families from abroad.
Rebecca is a Mental Health Law Panel Member and is a member of the Legal Action Group.
