HOME Sheetal Shah - Assistant Solicitor
Sheetal qualified as a Solicitor in 2005. She completed her training and worked as a mental health law solicitor in a London based private practice before joining Creighton & Partners. Sheetal is a member of the mental health review tribunal panel and conducts training extensively in this area of law. She joined the firm in 2008. She advises Local authority clients on matters of community care law, including vulnerable adults, mental health, mental capacity, older people, adult with disabilities, children and families and people from abroad.
