Richard Charlton has been interviewed as part of a Law Gazette article highlighting the impact of legal aid cuts to vulnerable individuals as part of World Mental Health Day. As one of the most specialist mental health solicitors in the country, and head of the mental health tribunal Richard Charlton’s opinion was sought regarding the impact of the legal aid cuts which came in in April 2013, in particular in realtion to vulnerable individuals who may have mental health concerns.
